The gunpowder keg that is the Syrian Civil War rained fire and shrapnel upon Lebanon in 2011, when pro-Syrian and anti-Syrian government militias took their blood feud there. ISIS soon caught the scent of blood and joined in, as did the Lebanese Army with the support of International Security Forces in an attempt to contain the situation. The grim reaper’s tally so far: over 820 dead and over 2.700 wounded.
