To call the Serbian Gendarmerie a highly prolific unit does it little justice, as this military police force possesses a long history of heroic deeds that spans generations. Operating under the Police Directorate of the Serbian Ministry of Interior, this elite force has currently accepted only 135 members within its ranks.
