Hillary Clinton wasn’t to be overlooked when she became First Lady during her husband George W. Bush’s term as the 42nd President of the United States of America. Hillary had an even higher IQ than her husband’s father’s (140 compared to George Sr.’s 130), and almost became the first female President of the United States in 2017.
