Opening her first design studio when she was 41, Vera Wang is definitely one of the most prominent names in the world of fashion. Wang started out competing as a Figure Skater but later on discovered her love for fashion. Last 2013, she was awarded Council of Fashion Designers of America Lifetime Achievement Award, making her one of the most successful designers today.
