Known as Sue Ann Nivens on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Betty White gained recognition as a pioneer of television. White originally wanted to become a Forest Ranger, but at that time only men could have taken on the job. She then pursued Writing and later on pursued Acting. She is now known as the female entertainer with the longest television career.
