John Goodman, Roseanne- 100 Pounds
John Goodman’s weight loss journey has been a long one, but he’s happy it finally came to an end. It took years of hard work and perseverance for him to reach his goal, but the process was worthwhile in the end. In 2011, John told everyone that at 400 pounds, he wanted a better life, so he started making changes gradually over time.
Goodman’s first step to a healthier lifestyle was ditching alcohol. His trainer introduced him to the Mediterranean diet, including fish, nuts, olive oil, and vegetables/fruit. Besides, Goodman also used to take 10,000 to 12,000 steps daily as exercise, which helped him lose 100 pounds.
