Marie Osmond, Donny & Marie- 45 Pounds

Maris Osmond has suffered a lot due to her weight. Marie started dieting at the age of 10 and regrets what a child eats at this age she couldn’t even look at. Later while she was shooting for Donny & Marie, she was taken in the parking lot by producers and was told that Marie would be out of the show if she didn’t lose weight.

She had success at a very early age but also struggled with body image. Later in 2007, she again started to put on weight after Marie gave birth. In the same year, she shed 45 pounds with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
