Shaquille O’Neal, Basketball – lost 22 pounds
The basketball legend doesn’t see a reason to let age take its toll on him. At 49, Shaquille O’Neal has decided to say goodbye to unhealthy foods and hello to good nutrition with a lot of sports. After a tough year of losing both his sister and Kobe Bryant, the basketball giant decided it’s a good time to take care of himself.
His determination seems to have paid off, since O’Neal lost 22 pounds and he doesn’t plan to stop there. He only eats fruits, protein shakes, salads, fish and vegetables, restricting himself to small amounts of each to make sure that he doesn’t exaggerate. All we can do now is congratulate him on the tough decision and how he looks today.
