Nancy Pelosi – $20 Million, Napa Valley

This Congresswoman has been serving as the speaker in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2019. She is the second in the presidential line of succession after Vice President Kamala Harris.

She is famous for throwing lavish parties at her estate. Her guests include business tycoons and political figures.  Whenever Nancy is in the town, the roads get flooded with black SUVs leading to her house. The Napa Valley Vineyard is amongst her most spacious estates. The structure was first built in 1958 and had a vintage essence to itself. The place is equipped with two fireplaces, six rooms, and a swimming pool to entertain the guests.
