Ruth Wendy Langsford is a Singapore-born English television presenter. She fully embraces self-care and gives herself proper pampering sessions on weekends. ‘The Loose Women’ star took to her Instagram account to demonstrate her facial on her stories as she shows off her glowing skin and updates her admirers about her beauty rituals.

Langford has presented various television shows, including This Morning, in which she has been the longest-serving presenter, How the Other Half Lives, Gift Wrapped, and Ruth Langsford’s Fashion Edit. Langsford has written columns for Woman and Tesco Magazines. Apart from that, she was an ambassador for two Tesco food campaigns. She was also on the judging panel for the Pride of Britain Awards.
