Mary Nightingale is a journalist and television presenter who is best known for presenting the ITV Evening News, which she has done since 2001. She began her career as a presenter for Reuters Financial Television before co-presenting the BBC series “Carlton Country,” a program about living in the countryside. Nightingale won the TRIC award for newscaster of the year in 2002 and 2004. She has been married to her husband, Paul Fenwick, a television producer, since 2000, and they have two children, Joe, born in 2000, and Molly, born in 2003. Nightingale prefers to keep her private life out of the public eye.
