Cher – $1.5 Million, Malibu

An Italian Renaissance-style mansion in Malibu is one of Cher’s most famous estates. The mansion is 16,000 square feet and boasts excellent views of the ocean. And the bush-hammered travertine, rugs from Egypt, and fireplaces from Mexico are good enough to keep the Italian Renaissance intact.

After redesigning done by Jon Wilson, the house now has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The outside space includes a tennis court, various verandas, and an infinity pool, which the singer-actress particularly adores. Also, there’s a theater and a gym among the mansion’s features. However, in 2003, Cher resorted to getting a 10-feet wall erected around the house to keep some privacy.
