When Greg Louganis started earning fame and fortune through his diving competitions, the first thing he did was to purchase a property near the ocean. He believes that owning a home gives a sense of satisfaction and security. We sure can’t argue with that!

Greg was enjoying a fulfilling life in his house by the ocean. It had a private diving pool and all the luxuries we can imagine. Unfortunately, he ran into financial difficulties in the early-2000s and had to sell the estate for $1.8 million. Things have been favorable for the athlete since, though, and Greg currently resides in a quaint LA apartment.
