An Everlasting Stereotype
From the 1940s to 2021, people’s perspectives and thought processes have changed significantly. No doubt that there still exist people who are conservative and old school. That’s perfectly understandable because there is a mixture of generations. If we take into regard this advert, it might not sell well in today’s era. However, the mindset is not entirely different; it is the way it has been portrayed.
The tagline “Women don’t leave the kitchen” can be misinterpreted to some extent. It is appreciable that we have come such a long way that there is a possibility that both men and women would not appreciate this type of publicity.
